All humans have basic needs; shelter, food, safety, a sense of love and belonging, respect and self-esteem, but Maslow’s Hierarchy lists one more aspect that we often set aside, that of self-actualization, or being all we can be. We set it aside because we’re too busy surviving and trying to fill those needs at the lower levels of the pyramid. So we compromise, and over time we start to feel less fulfilled, even once we reach “success”.
This workshop is to help us identify what needs are not being met and to identify what really, really bring us to life. We’ll do this through a series of interactive exercises that get us out of our ruts and old beliefs and into really exploring what we want to do next with our lives!
