If you’ve been looking for a place where you can explore mindfulness and meditation without pressure, without expectations, and without feeling like you have to be someone else… I’d love for you to join us.

You don’t need a meditation practice. You don’t need to know anything about mindfulness. You don’t need to be calm, centered, or “good at it.”

I created this space for people who are mindfully curious… and for those who might be a bit burned out and looking for somewhere to land for an hour.

Each week, we gather in a small group and take a pause together.

I’ll share a short reflection to ease us in.
I’ll guide a meditation that’s simple and approachable.
And then we open the conversation.

No pressure to speak. No pressure to have insights or answers.

Some people share. Some people just listen. Both are completely welcome.

What I hear most often is this:
“I didn’t realize how much I needed this.”
and
“I thought it was just me feeling this way.”

It’s not just you.

This isn’t about doing mindfulness “right.”
It’s about learning how to be with your life in a way that feels a little steadier, a little kinder, and a lot more real.

We keep things practical. Small shifts you can actually use when life feels full. Nothing complicated, nothing out of reach.

Just paying attention, together.
