Life is constantly changing, and the impermanence can be scary, can’t it? But imagine life without change. Day after day the same drab existence. It’s the dynamic nature of life that keeps it interesting, even if we don’t like some bits, isn’t it?
When we can embrace the reality of change, we open up to new adventures, new ideas. We allow ourselves to continue to grow, to invite love and the joy of new experiences.
With open eyes to the world, we are able to see when we get caught up in judgment, prejudice, aggression toward others who believe differently (or seem to).
We can cultivate an enthusiasm for change, for life, for new ideas and see our life as an endless stream of opportunities.
