    Lunch and Learn

    Looking for a way to introduce mindfulness and emotional intelligence training to your team? Lunch and learns are a great way to break the ice. My lunch and learns are engaging, informational and fun. Powerpoint slides are not the focus, it’s less structured and an introduction to reducing stress, increase resilience and happiness at work. Sessions are typically 30-45 minutes.

     

    Reducing stress and getting focused
    What stresses us out most? Not getting what we need to get done. When we take a mindful approach we can focus on what really matters, reduce distraction, and find lost time in our day. A few simple practices can make a huge difference.

     

    Mindfulness At Work Basics
    Learn simple techniques to promote self-awareness, reduce stress, and improve communication skills with others. Participants gain skills that allow us to be resilient when stress hits, at work and at home.

     

    Managing Triggers and Judgment
    When things get busy it’s easier for emotional triggers to set us off and un-balance the team. Learning how to see what our triggers are, how we experience and manage them, leads to better self-management and relationships with others.

     

    Teams and Attention Training
    When we are more aware of our attention and can change our attention habits to focus on what we want to accomplish, subtle changes happen immediately. We’re more attentive to what’s really going on and we make better decisions for ourselves and our team.

    Workshops/Retreats

    Learning to skillfully handle stress and regulate emotions helps us stay on a more even keel, relate better to others and greatly improves productivity and management skills at all levels.

     

    2-3 day workshops allow us to really focus and immerse ourselves in the process to gain the most benefit possible. However, a half-day workshop is a great kickstarter to longer workshops or a series of 1/2 days over a period of time to keep people on track with their new skills.

     

    Conflict Management
    When there is a conflict between members of a team or rival teams it hurts everyone. Learning to connect with each other at a human level enables better communication, increases empathy and improves productivity.

    8-week mindfulness and stress reduction workshop
    Features guided lessons in mindfulness, easy meditations, custom tailored training, group exercises to build communication and problem-solving skills, reduce stress and build resilience. Available on-site or online.
