    I work with individuals and groups as a mindfulness andemotional‑intelligence coach, supporting people who are living with stress, transition, burnout, and the ongoing pull between caring for others and caring for themselves. My work is gentle, practical, and grounded in real life. It's not about fixing you, but helping you reconnect with your own capacity for steadiness, clarity, and care.
    Through mindfulness, meditation, mind–body stress reduction, compassion‑based practices, and sound healing, I offer spaces where people can slow down, listen inward, and learn ways to meet life with more ease.

    Discovery Call – A free 30‑minute conversation

    Individual Coaching
    One‑to‑one coaching offers space to slow down and focus on what’s happening beneath the surface. Sessions may include mindfulness practices, reflection, gentle inquiry, and simple tools for navigating stress, emotions, and everyday life with more awareness and self‑compassion.

    Group Coaching, Workshops & Retreats
    I offer workshops and small‑group experiences focused on mindfulness, emotional intelligence, meditation, conscious communication, and mind–body stress reduction. These sessions are experiential, welcoming, and designed to meet
    people where they are — whether for ongoing practice, a single workshop, or a retreat setting.

    Sound Healing Sessions
    Sound healing sessions using Tibetan singing bowls create a deeply restorative experience for the nervous system. These sessions can be offered for groups or private individuals and are especially supportive for stress relief, rest, and gentle emotional regulation. No prior meditation experience is needed — simply come as you are.
